1. Booking and Reservation
All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Aquachill reserves the right to cancel or release any reservation if payment is not completed within the given timeframe.
2. Guest Responsibility
Guests must ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. The lead guest is responsible for all members of the group and agrees to inform them of all terms and conditions prior to the trip.
3. Safety and Conduct
All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. For safety reasons, Aquachill reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger who behaves in a dangerous, disruptive, or irresponsible manner.
Swimming, diving, and other water activities are done at the guest’s own risk unless otherwise stated by the crew.
4. Weather Conditions
Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. The captain has full authority to cancel, reschedule, or modify the itinerary if conditions are unsafe. In such cases, guests may be offered a new schedule or refund depending on the situation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within the allowed period may be eligible for partial or full refund depending on the booking policy.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Any non-refundable deposits will be retained by Aquachill Boat Expedition.
6. Liability
Aquachill shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage to personal belongings during the trip, except where required by law. Guests are advised to secure travel insurance.
7. Itinerary Changes
Routes, destinations, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to weather, safety, or operational requirements.
8. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the trip.
9. Agreement
By booking with Aquachill, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
